By accessing or using Sudoku Coach (the "App"), operated by The 5am Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
If you are under 13 years of age, you may only use Kids Mode features. A parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Sudoku Coach is a puzzle game available on web and iOS that offers guided Sudoku gameplay across multiple difficulty levels, including Coach Mode, Social Mode, and Kids Mode. Some features require a paid subscription ("Sudoku Coach Pro").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

Kids Mode is designed for children under 13 and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In Kids Mode:
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information outside of Kids Mode, contact us immediately at privacy@5amlab.org and we will delete it promptly.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
All content, design, code, and assets within Sudoku Coach are owned by The 5am Lab or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 5am Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the App or email.
